I had started out in a career in accounting in my home country New Zealand during my early twenties. Although I enjoyed the challenges of it, it was never a good fit for me and I was constantly suffering from neck and shoulder pain from the long hours at a desk. But then in 2011 the chance to move to Paris presented itself to me and, not feeling tied to my job, I took it. I unfortunately did not come across my life’s passion during my first few years in Paris and when I found out I was pregnant, I decided to commit myself to the job of being a stay at home mother. This chapter lasted over 6 years and by the end of this time, I was ready to re-focus my time and energy on myself.

I had always known that I wanted to help people in some way and it took some time to figure out the best way, for me, to do that. But when the idea of becoming a masseuse came to me, it instantly clicked into place as the perfect job for me.

I enrolled first in an online massage program during the 2019 confinement and then a year long intensive massage course at the Institut Cassiopée in 2022 in Chatou.

Now, with Bien-êtrebyrae I am pleased to be able to launch my career in offering holistic and well-being massages to those who need and want it.
